The COURBET N°5 loudspeaker is the thinnest “floorstand” in this series. It is characterized by the use of 3 drivers of 13 cm in diameter, which makes it possible to obtain a speaker of only 16 cm in width, for a height of barely one meter: a perfect proportion to fit easily into an interior.
But don’t be fooled by its dimensions, because it is able to compete, sonically, with much larger models. This compactness is mainly due to the expertise of DAVIS ACOUSTICS, which has been able to integrate suitable drivers in a reduced volume.
Combined with the best electronics on the market, the COURBET N°5 will transport you to the highest spheres of High Fidelity. This is thanks to the use of the latest generation drivers, including the innovative triple tweeter (TW28LD) which brings a level of precision and subtlety never before achieved in a dome tweeter at DAVIS Acoustics. The other frequencies are not neglected, far from it. The presence of Kevlar (for the midrange) and carbon (for the woofers) ensures accurate and varied timbres. The low frequencies are even particularly tasty and nuanced.
