REFUND POLICY 

1. Return & Refund Policy
   To be eligible for a return or refund, all products must be in new, unused, and perfect condition, with all original packaging, protective materials, accessories, authenticity cards (if applicable), and tags intact.
   We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:
   •    The product shows signs of use.
   •    The product has been altered or damaged.
   •    The original condition or packaging is not maintained.
2. Partial Refunds:
   In certain cases, we may offer a reduced refund if:
   •    The product has been opened, used, or damaged.
   You will be notified if a reduction is applied. At that point, you may choose to:
   •    Accept the reduced refund, or
   •    Have the item returned to you at your own cost.
3. Return Window:

• Items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene reasons, Alpha Audio cannot accept returns or exchanges on headphones or earphones that have been opened or used. Once unsealed, these items are excluded from our return policy.
