Overview

Now, a 15-inch subwoofer also expands the Impact X line. It features a special flow-optimized rear slot design that is used as a bass reflex. With a lower frequency limit of 19 Hertz and 9 DSP modes that also bring room modes under control, it is especially designed for demanding home theater applications and large living rooms.

The Impact X in 10, 12 and 15 inches: highly efficient and precise

All subwoofers combine Velodyne Acoustics core technologies in the most compact enclosure possible with dimmable display and offer full control over bass.

Highlights

  • Active 10-, 12- and 15-inch drivers of the three models deliver powerful low frequency sound with the bass reflex port on the bottom or back.
  • Nine DSP presets adjustable via remote control on the 15-inch model (four on Impact X 10 and 12 inches).
  • With 600 watts of maximum power (1,000 watts on the 15-inch model), the classic Class D amplifier provides enough power for the grand home theater experience.
  • Anti-clipping circuitry to limit amplifier distortion.
