SECURE CONNECTIONS: Gold-plated 5-way binding posts accept bare wire, pins, spades or banana plugs. Each speaker handles 90W RMS (180W peak) and presents an 8-ohm load for standard amplifiers, AV receivers and multi-zone systems.

TRIMLESS, PAINTABLE GRILLES: The micro-flange grille is held on by strong magnets and sits close to the ceiling for a clean, flush look. Spray paint the grilles to match any decor and the speakers blend in with recessed lights.

Kevlar is one of the best materials for a woofer cone. It responds note for note without coloration and has the strength to play loud, so you can turn the system up and the bass stays clean and controlled. The 1" aluminum dome tweeter pivots, so you can aim the highs toward the seating area even when the speaker cannot sit directly overhead.

To install, cut a 7.80" hole, wire the speaker, set it in place and tighten the front screws to lock the built-in dog-ear brackets against the ceiling. Each speaker measures 8.86" in diameter with 3.54" of mounting depth.

Do I need an amplifier?

Yes. The ACE650 is a passive 8-ohm speaker. Connect it to any stereo amplifier, AV receiver or multi-zone system that drives 8-ohm speakers.

Can I paint the grille?
